Payment PoliciesFOR COMMISSIONS:
There is a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment before starting on the commission. It must all be paid up front in order to buy the materials used to make the product. When the commission is complete, the remaining 70% has to be paid off before shipment. If you FAIL to pay the price or I don't hear from you within 60 days after the product is finished, it will be edited and sold elsewhere. Payment plans are indeed available and easy to set up to accommodate your lifestyle! Please be aware that there is a waiting list for costumes to be made! It takes 12 - 18 months to complete a project, maybe longer! CANCELLATION OF A PROJECT: Once the costumer has payed the 30% upfront NON REFUNDABLE deposit, it will NOT be refundable. That means it has already been used for materials cost to make the commission. If the costumer loses interest and does NOT want to pay any more, the commission will be made to the designer’s preferences and sold elsewhere. THE ARTIST HAS THE RIGHT TO SELL A CANCELED PROJECT TO A THIRD PARTY. |
Shipping PoliciesFOR COMMISSIONS:
Pictures will be sent of the final product for the customer's approval. After paying off the remaining balanced owed for the project, the customer must provide a shipping address. USPS or FedEx will be the carrier used and you will receive tracking information via email(or on Etsy). Standard shipping is used and standard shipping rates apply unless declared otherwise. PRE-MADE PRODUCT SHIPPING: USPS or FedEx will be the carrier used to ship off the products. Standard shipping only. Tracking information will be updated via Etsy. ARoccoSUITS is NOT responsible for any of the postal services. Once it has left the hands of ARoccoSUITS, it is the responsibility for you and the postal service provided to keep up with the shipment. |
Refunds and Exchanges
If a product arrives damaged or not to the commissioner's specifications, contact ARoccoSUITS ASAP when you realize the error. It can be sent back or replaced as long as it wasn't an already discounted item or damage made by improper use.

COMMUNICATION |
I have absolutely no tolerance towards rude people and will not respond or conduct business with them whatsoever, customer or not.
I will also not provide any business or talk to entitled people especially adults/parents using their children as a guilt card, saying, EXAMPLE: "you ruined my daughter's/son's birthday/Christmas. You made my daughter/son sad." For whatever reason. If one of theses scenarios happens and you payed the 30% for a commission, I will ditch the project and no longer conduct business with you. I will refund whatever cash is left over from the materials or give you the materials. Nothing more. If one of these scenarios happens and its a pre=made product and has been shipped and so happens to not arrive on the correct date or whatever reason, there is no refund, for ALL SALES ARE FINAL and the mailing services are NOT in anyway shape or form in my control. You need to communicate with them, open a case against them, not me. This needs to be said due to the massive amount of these types of people coming by and scammers. |

Q: "Do you take rush orders?"
A: Yes. Additional rush fees apply.
Q: "I am under 18, can I still commission you? "
A: Yes. ARoccoSUITS is flexible with working with different age groups. When it comes to paying for the product, you MUST be 18+ or have your legal guardian approve the transaction. If you fail to meet these requirements, your commission will be canceled.
Q: "I got a quote from you, how long does it last?"
A: The quote lasts 30 days from when price has been declared.
Q: "How long will my commission take to complete?"
A: How long it will take will be determined by the complexity and what you choose to order. When you receive the estimate of the suit cost, you will also be notified on how long it will take. Average range of a commission will be between 12 - 18 months.
Q: "What are your payment methods?"
A: ARoccoSUITS accepts PayPal.
Q: "Do you have animals in your work space? I am allergic."
A: Yes. ARoccoSUITS has 2 birds. The birds however are not allowed in the work space.
Q: "Smoking or smoke free environment?"
A: Smoke-Free Environment.
Q: "Do You only use fleece for the face?"
A: Preferably yes. Fleece is my strong point, a signature perhaps. You will have the best quality choosing fleece over a different method.
Q: CAN I CHANGE THE COMMISSION UP ONCE IT'S BEING WORKED ON?:
A: Yes! However there is an additional fee to each change you make and how big the change is.
Q: I haven't heard from you in a while? Whats up?
A: I do work another job and attend college. Sometimes I don't get the notification for the email or it gets buried in the messages I receive daily. Please email me again! I will get back to you ASAP!
Q: My package has been shipped off bit it hasn't arrived yet?
A: I am not in anyway shape or form responsible for ANY the mailing services once it has left my hands and into the care of the mailing system. It is up to you to work it out between the service provided and yourself. All I can provide is the tracking information. EVERY Package sent via USPS is insured.
